RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Paramount Coffee are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Paramount Coffee attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Paramount does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Paramount itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
CUSTOM GRINDS/PACKAGING
Paramount Coffee attempts to honor all special requests to the best of our ability. However, due to individual tastes and preferences custom grinding of coffees will not be honored. That is, special request to have "espresso", "Turkish", "fine", "course", or etc will not processed. All of our ground coffee is ground to a "drip" sometimes called "medium" grind that is suitable for drip pots, vac-pot brewers and general purpose brewing.
Custom packaging or custom instructions for Paramount Coffee products will not be honored, with the exception of custom gift boxes. The sizes/packages available online are the size/packages available for purchase.
PRICING
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. The List Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day. For certain items that are offered as a set, the List Price may represent "open-stock" prices, which means the aggregate of the manufacturer's estimated or suggested price for each of the items included in the set.
With respect to items sold by Paramount Coffee, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
COUPONS, PROMOTIONS & SPECIALS
Paramount Coffee reserves the right to cancel or end any coupon, promotion, or special any time without prior notice. All coupons are valid until noted expiration date at 11:59 pm EST (Eastern Standard Time) or earlier if offer is terminated earlier. All coupons, promotions, and specials subject to change, not combinable with all other offers. Online coupons and codes do NOT normally apply towards shipping or taxes (if applicable).
PRODUCT REVIEW GUIDELINES
As a registered user of Paramount Coffee Online, you can submit written reviews for any product listed in our online store to help other customers make purchase decisions.
Product Reviews allow registered users to share opinions on their personal tastes regarding our various products. We cannot and do not warrant, verify, or guarantee the quality, accuracy, or integrity of information that you may access. By using any part of Product Reviews, you agree to these guidelines.
Product Reviews may be used only for lawful purposes. We reserve the right to restrict or remove any and all uses or content that we determine in our sole discretion is harmful to our systems, network, reputation, or goodwill, to other Paramount Coffee customers, or to any third party.
